Please unsubscribe me!

You may unsubscribe from our mailings by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email you received from us. Once clicked, you will be taken to a page where you can choose to unsubscribe from our database.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, simply click the link at the bottom of any email you received from us. Once clicked, you will be taken to a page that has your subscription details. Click ‘edit’ next to your email address and enter your new email address. Click submit.

I have a question about an advertisement you listed in your newsletter.

Some things in our mailings are paid sponsored advertisements. When you follow a link, you should direct all questions to the support area listed on the site where you find the product.

Do you endorse the ads that you list in your newsletter?

While we are selective in who we allow to advertise with us, we do not have the time or resources to do a thorough search into each company.   Therefore, we do not recommend or endorse the products. You should always research any opportunity, product or service carefully prior to purchasing or joining. If we have tried a product and like it, we will clearly state that we personally recommend it.

The link in your newsletter is broken.

If the link is broken because it was too long and it wrapped, simply type the URL into your browser bar. If you clicked through the link and received a 404 error or page could not be found message, first check the spelling of the URL to ensure we didn’t accidentally misspell a word.

After you have tried both of these, if you still have trouble, submit a support ticket and include the url that you are having trouble with.

Product Support:

Where is my order?

Physical products are handled by a third-party processing company and can take up to 48 hours to process and ship. Please allow 7-10 days for processing and delivery. If you have not received your and it has been longer than 10 days, please submit a ticket along with your receipt and we will look into it.

Digital orders are processed immediately and you should receive download instructions in your inbox within an hour upon submitting payment. After checking your spam folder, if you have not received your product, please submit a support ticket along with your receipt.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, all major credit cards are accepted.

Can I pay by Purchase Order

At this time, we only accept PayPal and credit card payments.

Do your products come in languages other than English?

Yes, our videos such as The Animal School Movie are now available in Spanish, French, Chinese, German, Hebrew, Hindi, and Japanese. Contact us if you’d like a copy other than English.
